Truck? Yes. Trailer? No, but I have spoken enough of that lately. Today, I am focusing on the positive. And the positive is that we are rolling. In fact, we rolled all the way to Galveston.
When we got to the resort, it was 44 degrees. While that is warmer than a lot of the country right now, it is still too cold for a dip in the pool. There was, however, a ridiculously large jacuzzi tub in the room. not to be deterred, the kids got resourceful. They pulled on their swim suits and made their own pool.
(BTW, it is very important to Sonny-Bunny that you know that he is wearing a suit!)
After “swimming”, unpacking, and making dinner, we cuddled up for movie time. I couldn’t resist capturing this moment. My three loves all together. Be still my heart!
Headed to bed as we have a big day ahead of us tomorrow. Good night.
