Catching Up the Travel Journal — Back to Yogi

We chose another Jellystone Park for our stay in Fort Worth — the Rustic Creek Ranch. Situated south of Fort Worth in Burleson, it provided easy access to the city. Much like its Eastern counterpart (Dallas), however, the commute to the city is strained during the heavy commuter hours.
We have enjoyed our stay at Jellystone and this was a nice location. The jacuzzi was broken, however, which was a disappointment and we lost wifi after the second day. Also, the activities ended at noon on Sunday which we learned at 12:02. It rained all day Friday and Saturday, so this left a laser-tag eager boy pretty sad. As we were charged $8.00 per person for activities, I felt a little bereft.
The staff was very nice and we will try a Jellystone Park again but with the caveat of checking what activities are available and only choosing dates wherein we can make the most of the activity fees.

Poor Little Hero! I’m sad for him. May many days filled with laser tag lie ahead!
