We so enjoyed our time in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Last week, I shared our visit to the Lake Charles Children’s Museum. Visiting museums and finding new pizza have quickly become traditions of our travels. In Lake Charles, we visited Pint House Pizzeria.
They were very busy but we made the best of our wait by being silly, VERY silly!
Later that day, we stumbled upon a magnificent park at the Bord du Lac. It’s called Millennium Park and boy, does it live up to such a grand title!
I was told by a local woman that it had been recently rebuilt after a fire. It seems that they spared no expense to make its comeback a mighty one!
Sonny-Bunny certainly appreciated the size of the structure.
There is also a very impressive toddler area. We may be too big but we still admired it.
Finally, I will share a bit of information we did not have…
They have a splash pad! Dressed appropriately or not, we had to splash.
We enjoyed our time in Lake Charles. Onto to more fun…
