Visiting Our National Parks — Ft. Davis Historical Site

March 15, 2015 by Traveling Star 5 Comments

Out in the world without internet are many beautiful places filled with mountains and historical sites. Among them is the Ft. Davis Historical Site. It is part of the National Park System and should be on your Texas bucket list. Inside the park is an interactive museum where the kids can experience life on the range.

The kids loved becoming Junior Rangers and can you tell they took protecting the fort pretty seriously?

But not too seriously…

It was fun and educational. What more could I want? This was just the first of the national parks for our travels. Stay tuned…

I’m sharing today with UnknownMami and her Sundays in My City.
