I’ve been so busy posting pics, I haven’t taken much time for reflection. I stopped journaling here because for so long, it was just another post about how we weren’t traveling yet. Then I got so excited that we went somewhere, I went a little photo crazy.
The trips to Fredericksburg, Houston, and Galveston have been huge sanity savers. Little glimpses into the future while we sat in travel purgatory. We are in the last two weeks before this trailer actually travels and we are so ready.
I must, however, say thanks. Despite the hurdles we have had to jump, the endless paperwork, and the frustrating delays, I am thankful for this impending retirement and the opportunity it is providing. We know that we are embarking on something rare and we feel very blessed. We can handle a little waiting.
